2. Services

We help with Georgian residence permits and related services, including document preparation, translations, filings and company registration. The Georgian authorities decide every application, so we do not guarantee approval or processing times. The scope of each engagement is set out in your written service agreement.

3. Payments and Refunds

All fees are set out in your service agreement and are non-refundable unless that agreement states otherwise. Georgian government fees are paid to the State and are outside our control.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Residency in Georgia and is protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
